Inside Sales Team Leader – German Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals with global technology solutions across servers, storage, networking, security and cloud. As part of its growth, Arrow BSC is seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader who is fluent in German to lead its sales team in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
• Identify and address team member training needs.
• Facilitate open and effective communication within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
