Installation Engineer – Multiple Cities

About the role

KONE is seeking a proactive Installation Engineer to lead on‑site installation activities across Marrakech, Casablanca and Rabat. The role ensures safety, quality and productivity while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers.
• Plan, organise and manage installation activities, logistics, materials and site resources.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules and risks, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and quality checks, resolving non‑conformities.
• Lead final testing, close defects and deliver successful handovers to maintenance.
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for customers, ensuring clear communication.
• Lead and support installation teams, including KONE employees and subcontractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture, team motivation and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management within the elevator & escalator industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience using project management tools.
