Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey in Casablanca as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager. You will lead the IBP process across Maghreb markets, aligning commercial, finance, marketing and operations to drive business value and support the shift toward smoke‑free products.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with cross‑functional teams to achieve integrated plans.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply‑and‑demand decisions and support Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions and strategic decisions.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives that advance PMI’s supply‑chain and operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and other departments to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target‑setting by ensuring robust IBP inputs.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies and EHS standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field; postgraduate diploma a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or electronics, with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project/product prioritisation, driver‑based planning and data‑based forecasting.
• Understanding of finance principles (P&L, cash flow) and PMI budgeting cycles.
