Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to lead and facilitate the IBP process for Maghreb markets, driving cross‑functional alignment, financial optimization and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, supporting Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions to meet future requirements.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives aligned with PMI’s Operations and Supply Chain strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and other departments to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target setting through robust IBP processes.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies and EHS rules.

Required profile

• College/University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (post‑graduate diploma a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning or Finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project/product prioritization, driver‑based planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of finance principles, P&L and cash‑flow statements.
