Integration Developer – NetSuite & EDI

About the role

You will be the developer responsible for keeping our clients’ NetSuite environment in sync with e‑commerce platforms, EDI trading partners, warehouses, 3PLs and CRMs. The role covers the full integration lifecycle from discovery and data mapping to build, testing, go‑live and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build integration flows in Celigo integrator.io, Stacksync and Syncari linking NetSuite to e‑commerce, EDI, WMS, 3PL and CRM systems.
• Onboard and maintain EDI trading partners through Orderful, mapping X12 documents (850, 855, 856, 810) to and from NetSuite and resolving validation issues.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x, saved searches, workflows, custom records and fields.
• Write custom Python and JavaScript scripts for REST/SOAP API calls and data transformations when platform connectors are insufficient.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with clients, document data models, field mappings and integration designs.
• Test, deploy and monitor integrations in sandbox and production, troubleshoot sync errors and performance issues.
• Provide ongoing support for live client integrations as part of managed services.

Required profile

• Hands‑on NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, saved searches, data model).
• Experience with an iPaaS or data‑sync platform such as Celigo integrator.io, Stacksync or Syncari.
• Solid knowledge of EDI X12 standards (850, 855, 856, 810, 997) and trading‑partner onboarding.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python, comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and CSV/flat‑file data.
• Understanding of order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
