Integration Tester - Senior

About the role

The primary objective of this role is to lead and strengthen the test automation strategy across both build and run activities, ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of the application. The role focuses on defining and driving the automated testing approach during ongoing application refactoring and new developments while also supporting the current production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the test automation strategy across the application.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Ensure test coverage for both new developments (refactoring) and existing features (CurrentCo).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure testability and quality by design.
• Analyze requirements and define appropriate test strategies and scenarios.
• Execute and monitor automated test campaigns and analyze results.
• Identify, track, and follow up on defects until resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
• Provide technical leadership on QA topics and mentor team members.
• Support run activities by ensuring non‑regression and production stability.
• Maintain testing documentation and ensure knowledge sharing.
