International Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an International Marketing Manager to lead brand development and market expansion across target regions. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to shape brand strategy, drive online presence, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute end‑to‑end brand development from concept to market launch, including positioning, visual identity, and market access strategy.
• Manage daily operations of overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and regional niche sites), develop content calendars, and oversee short‑video and live‑stream production.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, write press releases, liaise with media, KOLs, and partners to boost brand awareness.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to produce actionable reports.
• Design, launch, and evaluate full‑cycle marketing campaigns (online and offline) for product releases, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, International Trade or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, including managing a brand from 0 to 1.
• Experience in overseas market operations, preferably in Africa or the Middle East.
