International Marketing Manager

About the role

The International Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Marketing Director to launch and grow a brand from concept to market presence across target regions. This role oversees overseas social media, PR initiatives, market analysis, and end‑to‑end campaign execution while collaborating with sales, product, and regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create brand positioning, visual identity, and market entry strategy, tracking growth data and optimizing plans.
• Manage daily operations of global social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and regional niche channels, producing short‑form video and live‑stream content.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns, write press releases, and coordinate media placements with mainstream outlets and industry KOLs.
• Conduct regular market research, analyze competitor activity, user profiles, and consumption trends, delivering actionable reports.
• Plan, launch, and evaluate online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, resource coordination, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and local teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives and adapt strategies for regional markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, International Trade or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including full‑cycle brand development from 0 to 1.
• Proven experience managing overseas market operations, preferably in Africa or the Middle East.
