International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for multilingual talent across Asia and the European market, working fully remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
• Advertise job openings on international platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet required qualifications.
• Organise and conduct initial interviews.
• Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Proficiency in English and additional languages.
