Internship – ERP Deployment Project Manager

About the role

This internship offers you the chance to join VINCI Energies' Growth & Deployment division, within the Medium Codex Deployment Delivery team, to support the rollout of the group’s ERP standards. You will receive personalized training on the ERP solution and work alongside experienced project managers on real deployment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the ERP solution through guided training.
• Participate as an analyst in ERP deployment missions.
• Handle transversal project management tasks, including planning, action‑plan definition, meeting facilitation and reporting.
• Assist project managers in day‑to‑day activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Identify and propose quick‑win productivity improvements using AI technologies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 program (university, business school or engineering).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• First experience on IT projects.
• Comfortable working in an international, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad.
• Proactive, autonomous, rigorous with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Team‑oriented with a service‑mindset and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Understanding of ERP concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Awareness of Business Intelligence tools.
• Professional proficiency in English.
