Inventory Manager

About the role

As an Inventory Manager at Cnexia, you will lead the planning, tracking, and lifecycle management of equipment across our telecom and IT projects. You will work closely with engineering, DSA teams, and external partners to ensure accurate inventory projections and cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases to support inventory and solution requirements.
• Initiate and manage purchase order (PO) requests for additional equipment.
• Collaborate with DSA teams and Engineering to create accurate inventory forecasts.
• Oversee receipt, tracking, and lifecycle management of new, reusable, refurbished, and decommissioned assets.
• Apply job aids and standard processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Required profile

• University or college degree in engineering, computer science, business, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Proven experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control.
• Experience supporting IT/telecom projects is a plus.
