IT & Automation Intern – Paid Student Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT & Automation Intern to join our growing tech team in Casablanca. You will work on real‑world AI services, workflow automations and vector‑database pipelines, collaborating directly with our software lead in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain task‑oriented AI agents with memory and tool integration.
• Create and optimise n8n and Zapier workflows, handling webhooks, retries, error handling and monitoring.
• Develop ingestion, embedding, indexing and retrieval pipelines for vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Contribute to AI‑driven calling agents, including call‑flow design, speech‑to‑text/text‑to‑speech integration and CRM updates.
• Write Python utilities and services for orchestration, testing and integration.
• Participate in Git‑based collaboration, code reviews, documentation and unit testing.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program.
• First‑hand experience with Python and/or automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
• Strong curiosity about large language models, prompting and AI safety.
• Basic understanding of HTTP/REST, Git and JSON.
• Ability to work independently and deliver structured results.
• Fluent English; French or Arabic (Darija) a plus.
