IT Project Manager – Lead Strategic Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting business objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines for efficient execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, organizational policies, and quality requirements.
• Track and report progress, milestones, dependencies, and KPIs to senior management.
• Support change management and smooth implementation of new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
