IT Recruiter – Hybrid (Casablanca)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Casablanca. The role is hybrid and focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across Europe, working closely with Business Managers to attract and assess top technology talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and direct search.
• Conduct qualification interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Business Managers and clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies and European markets.
• Negotiate salary expectations and contractual conditions when required.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to recruit technical profiles across various technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
