IT/IS Support Engineer

About the role

Valeo is seeking an IT/IS Support Engineer to ensure the efficient deployment of standard business processes and applications across its sites and shared services. You will train and support business users while maintaining alignment between group standards and local implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy standard business processes and applications within sites and shared services.
• Provide training and ongoing support to business users.
• Ensure functional and technical coherence between group standards and local implementations.
• Collect business needs, specify new features, and pilot solutions not yet covered by standards.
• Implement local solutions when necessary and share best practices with other analysts.
• Measure payback and benefits through physical indicators and monitor business indicators in line with project IAR.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree.
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and question existing practices.
