Junior CSS Developer

About the role

JHC Consulting is seeking a Junior CSS Developer to support the styling of internal tools used for drafting and storing finance‑focused memoranda. You will work closely with documentation leads to ensure that digital documents are clear, readable, and consistent across devices.

Key responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and refine CSS for proprietary internal applications.
• Implement responsive design techniques to guarantee readability on various screen sizes.
• Manage typography, spacing, and layout logic to enhance the reading experience.
• Troubleshoot layout issues and ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal style libraries and documentation.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a solid foundation in CSS and HTML.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and modern layout methods such as Flexbox or Grid.
• Attention to typography and a respect for text‑heavy documentation.
• Comfortable using version control systems, particularly Git.
• Intellectual maturity and ability to work independently once requirements are defined.
