Junior ERP Support Specialist (NetSuite ERP)

About the role

As a member of Forvis Mazars Asia‑Pacific based in Casablanca, you will be involved in the ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of the Oracle NetSuite cloud‑based ERP system for various Forvis Mazars entities. The role focuses on addressing user requests, configuring the system, and ensuring stable ERP operations across regional offices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for NetSuite‑related queries raised by Forvis Mazars offices.
• Gather business requirements from end‑users and translate them into system enhancement requests.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, and rollout of enhancements.
• Provide timely support for data migration and ERP services for new and existing countries.
• Maintain and update SOPs, FAQs, workflow documentation, and training materials.
• Conduct end‑user training sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities as needed.
• Document all requests, issues, and updates in the NetSuite ticketing system.
• Monitor support activities, escalate issues to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
