Junior ERP Support Specialist (NetSuite)

About the role

As a Junior ERP Support Specialist you will join the Forvis Mazars Asia‑Pacific team in Casablanca, providing day‑to‑day support, enhancements and maintenance for the Oracle NetSuite cloud‑based ERP system used across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for NetSuite‑related queries from Forvis Mazars offices and coordinate resolutions.
• Gather business requirements, configure the system, perform testing and ensure timely delivery of enhancement requests.
• Execute recurring ERP maintenance tasks and support data migration for new and existing country rollouts.
• Document SOPs, FAQs, workflow guides and create training materials for end‑users.
• Deliver NetSuite training sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Track all requests and incidents in the NetSuite ticketing system, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with ERP governance, change‑management processes and rollout of new NetSuite release features.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a strong interest in ERP systems and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with end‑users and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to analyse user issues, troubleshoot data problems and propose practical solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving NetSuite functionalities.
