Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join Arrow ECS in Casablanca. The role supports the finance team by providing accurate margin analysis, balance‑sheet management and data for audit and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deal margin analysis and implement necessary corrections.
• Manage balance‑sheet items related to margin adjustments.
• Account for services divisions and handle related financial entries.
• Respond to business queries and provide financial insights.
• Prepare data requests for Audit and SOX teams and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Positive attitude with a desire to develop an accounting career.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
