Junior P2P Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Swissport, a global leader in aviation services, is looking for a Junior P2P Accounts Payable Analyst to join its Business Services team in Morocco. You will support the Procure‑to‑Pay process for English‑speaking countries, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and post incoming invoices, with or without purchase orders.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices to meet payment deadlines.
• Handle vendor, internal finance, and requisitioner inquiries via email, phone, or other channels in English.
• Interact with local PR/PO requisitioners, invoice approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Escalate potential issues to the team leader when necessary.
• Apply Procure‑to‑Pay policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute ideas for process and quality improvements.
• Maintain positive relationships with Business Services teams and country stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is desirable.
• 2‑4+ years of experience in accounting or related roles is a plus.
• Understanding of the full Procure‑to‑Pay cycle and accounts payable regulations.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or Business Services environment is advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork mindset.
• Self‑starter with performance and quality focus.
