Junior Product Manager

About the role

IN Groupe is seeking a Junior Product Manager to help define, steer, and evolve digital products and services. You will act as the central link between regional teams, R&D/Digital Factory, and Marketing & Communication, ensuring products meet market expectations and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and shape evolution based on market and customer insights.
• Build, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap and lifecycle.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and coordinate development and releases.
• Support sales teams, gather regional requirements, and contribute to go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or business analysis.
• Strong interest in digital products, user needs, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a cross‑functional mindset.
• Analytical mindset and basic familiarity with agile product development.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
