About the role
Join a fast‑growing automotive specialist as a Junior Sales Development Representative. This position lets you turn your passion for cars into a career by building a high‑performance sales pipeline for premium automotive services and e‑commerce products.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in maintenance, custom upgrades, and e‑commerce products.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and match them with the shop's specialized services.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, focusing on high closure‑rate targets.
- Engage with clients during peak “after‑work” hours and weekends to maximize conversion.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions and client data within the CRM.
Required profile
- Foundational automotive knowledge, understanding basics of car maintenance and aftermarket modifications.
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work peak hours and weekends to meet client availability.
