Junior UX Researcher (Remote)

About the role

Invesp, a leading conversion optimization agency, is seeking a Junior UX Researcher to help understand user behavior and translate insights into experiments that improve conversion rates. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to work closely with senior researchers and grow into leading your own projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and other research sessions, taking detailed notes.
• Design and analyze surveys, polls, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify patterns.
• Upload findings to the internal research repository and create reports or highlight reels for the team.
• Convert research insights into test ideas and open research questions for the optimization team.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and account managers to turn research into actionable experiments.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written English.
• Great collaboration skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and a drive to learn user research methods.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive in asking questions and proposing ideas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with research tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or survey platforms.
• Experience (or interest) in user research, UX, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
