About the role

We are looking for a motivated legal intern to join our fast‑moving legal‑tech startup in Casablanca. You will support the team in drafting and reviewing corporate documents while gaining hands‑on experience with company formation and regulatory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and review legal documents such as statutes, mandates, letters and templates.
• Advise clients on standard procedures and next steps for company formation and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and summarise findings for internal use.
• Manage client communications, maintain case files and monitor deadlines.
• Support ad‑hoc projects aimed at improving processes and document templates.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licence) – recent graduates or Master’s students are welcome.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to handle multiple files and deadlines.
• Team player with a professional client‑facing attitude.
• Right to work in Morocco and available to work on‑site in Casablanca.
