Key Account Specialist – Hematology (Rabat)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Key Account Specialist focused on Hematology to join its Innovative Medicine team in Rabat. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will act as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting a portfolio of registered products in a highly specialized therapeutic area.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned hematology products.
• Maintain accurate coverage of the designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements.
• Conduct customer segmentation and approach target customers with optimal tools and frequency.
• Keep the customer database up‑to‑date to understand and fulfil client needs promptly.
• Stay current on disease areas, product information, and competitor activity.
• Present clinical data and product information to physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders during face‑to‑face meetings or group presentations.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within oncology or hematology.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, territory management, and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency for reporting and customer management.
