Klaviyo Account Manager / Email Strategist

About the role

AA Sends is looking for a Klaviyo Account Manager / Email Strategist to lead end‑to‑end email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands in the MENA region. You will act as the primary bridge between our internal team and each client, ensuring strategies are executed flawlessly and revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the full email marketing strategy for each account, including automated flows and weekly campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and continuously optimise automated Klaviyo flows with regular A/B testing.
• Plan, create and send weekly campaign calendars, securing approvals and managing final delivery.
• Design high‑converting pop‑up forms and run performance tests to improve capture rates.
• Serve as the main client contact, providing timely updates, leading calls and handling revision requests.
• Lead a pod of specialists, conducting daily check‑ins and ensuring quality and deadline adherence.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks such as response time targets, performance reporting, account audits, and profile clean‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce email marketing accounts and delivering revenue‑focused results.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate strategy, performance and recommendations clearly.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks, meet strict response‑time SLAs and keep project boards up‑to‑date.
• Team‑player who can lead a small group, delegate effectively and maintain high quality standards.
