L1 Technical Support Technician (German C1) – Remote

About the role

SG Tech is seeking an L1 Technical Support Technician to join its remote team. You will support the launch of retail projects by handling first‑level incidents on Android tablets, smart glasses, and related demonstration kits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial diagnostics, check physical connections, and execute controlled device restarts.
• Carry out functional tests of demo equipment, including audio, photo/video capture, touch controls, and Wi‑Fi/SIM connectivity.
• Document each incident with detailed steps and results, and escalate to L2 support when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams or clients to replace damaged components and ensure full resolution.
• Communicate with users in German and with the internal team in English.

Required profile

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• French and English at B2 or C1 level.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support.
• Immediate availability.
