Lead AI Programming Instructor (Darija, Amazigh & French)

About the role

Nazli Tech School is looking for a passionate AI programming instructor to turn its high-end AI Tech Cognoscentia courses into engaging video lessons for students in Morocco and across Africa. The instructor teaches in warm, energetic Darija and Amazigh, using French for technical terms, and covers software development, AI-powered content creation and related tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Record or deliver live video lessons based on existing course content
• Teach in Darija and Amazigh, switching to French for technical and industry vocabulary
• Adapt pacing, examples and delivery to keep students engaged throughout each lesson
• Work with the curriculum team to keep lessons aligned with official course materials

Required profile

• Fluent in Darija, Amazigh, English and French, comfortable teaching technical content in these languages
• Background in IT and knowledge of programming languages
• Confident, warm and camera-ready, able to hold a lesson and hold attention
• Existing social media following on any platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Professional, honest, reliable, humble and self-directed, willing to start small and grow with the school
