Lead Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Data Analytics to drive the design and delivery of insightful dashboards, robust data models and standardized analytics processes for CIH BANK. The role will shape data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain intuitive dashboards that visualise key performance indicators and tell clear data stories.
• Document and continuously update data workflows, ensuring the data catalogue reflects newly calculated KPIs.
• Propose, design and implement DataMart models that comply with internal standards and support reliable reporting.
• Benchmark and monitor data‑modeling and visualization tools, staying current with industry best practices.
• Define and enforce standards for data modelling, visualization and warehousing together with the analytics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing.
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau and PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with business stakeholders.
