Lead Development Associate (Italian Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Lead Development Associate who will accelerate pipeline growth by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). The role bridges marketing and sales within the IT solutions landscape, ensuring high‑quality lead engagement and effective qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound MQLs via calls, emails, and social outreach to assess interest, needs, and buying intent.
• Qualify leads using defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert them into SQLs for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and targeting.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Nurture leads through the early sales funnel stages to build a strong, consistent pipeline.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts when relevant.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, and activity levels.
• Stay informed on IT products, solutions, and market trends to effectively position offerings.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven track record of converting MQLs into SQLs or generating qualified pipeline.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, particularly for IT solutions or services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
