Lead Product Owner NaaS

About the role

Orange Business, a network and digital integrator, is looking for a Lead Product Owner for NaaS services. The role leads the strategic development and delivery of NaaS services by managing priorities, aligning business and technical teams and driving organizational transformation within Orange's SAFe train environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the NaaS backlog by collecting and translating business program requirements into prioritized features.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery lifecycle across Think, Build and Deployment phases, ensuring smooth releases and handling escalations.
• Represent NaaS in Program Increment Planning and related ceremonies, keeping progress and alignment with business expectations clear.
• Promote integration across think, build and run functions to foster a unified team approach and reduce operational silos.
• Support process transformation, especially through automating NaaS service management.
• Provide technical alignment to Business Units with System Architects and other Product Owners.
• Organize demonstrations and presentations to keep stakeholders engaged.

Required profile

• Expertise in product management, backlog optimization and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Solid understanding of NaaS services, cloud infrastructure, automation and orchestration.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions, with analytical skills and effective communication.
• Background in IT architectures such as OSS/BSS and TMF, and significant experience managing technology products in complex environments.
• Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or project management.

• NaaS services, cloud infrastructure, automation techniques and orchestration tools.
• Monitoring of deployments and issue resolution in production environments.
