Lead – Supply Chain, EXIM & Logistics

About the role

High‑performing supply chain leader to manage and transform end‑to‑end supply chain, EXIM and logistics operations. This role offers a growth trajectory into a full functional leadership position, working closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders. The candidate balances hands‑on execution with big‑picture strategy, driving digital transformation, trade compliance and logistics excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations including logistics planning, warehousing, inventory coordination and vendor management with focus on cost, service levels and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate the distribution footprint to reduce total landed cost while improving service levels.
• Lead 3PL selection and performance management, moving from coordination to strategic partnership.
• Transition the function from reactive reporting to predictive analytics using Oracle ERP, TMS and WMS.
• Drive adoption of data, analytics and automation for forecasting, tracking and performance management.
• Partner with Sales & Ops to optimize inventory turns and minimize working capital.
• Ensure import and export compliance with Indian and international trade regulations and manage cross‑border risk.
• Standardize and document processes, guaranteeing compliance across the organization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing and Sales to align supply chain with business goals and work with regional stakeholders to implement best‑in‑class standards.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering continuous improvement and customer centricity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA; CSCP certification highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of latest logistics and supply chain trends to drive efficiency and service levels.
• 8–12 years of core SCM and EXIM experience in Morocco, with evidence of stretch assignments or increased complexity in the last 3–5 years.
• Proven ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic planning and to lead digital transformation initiatives.
