Legal Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and business‑oriented Legal Advisor to support the legal and compliance needs of our tourism destination operations in Morocco. The role involves providing strategic legal guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing contractual relationships across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on company operations, business activities, and tourism‑related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and supplier documents.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan laws, tourism regulations, licensing requirements, and governmental approvals.
• Handle labor law issues, employee legal documentation, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities.
• Monitor legal risks and deliver preventive recommendations.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and compliance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, labor, or tourism‑related legal matters.
• Strong understanding of Moroccan laws and tourism regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (mandatory); English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.
