Legal Advisor – Tourism Operations

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable Legal Advisor to support the legal and compliance needs of our tourism destination operations in Morocco. The role combines corporate legal work with specific tourism‑related regulations, ensuring the business operates within the legal framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on company operations and business activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements and supplier documents.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan laws, tourism regulations, licensing and permitting requirements.
• Handle labor‑law matters, employee documentation and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities.
• Monitor legal risks and deliver preventive recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, labor or tourism‑related legal matters.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan legislation and tourism regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism sector is preferred.
