Lounge Supervisor – Premium Executive Lounge

About the role

As a Lounge Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of a premium airport lounge, ensuring a 5‑star experience for all guests. You will be the face of the lounge, overseeing fast‑track services, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily lounge operations and maintain a consistent 5‑star service level.
• Manage third‑party vendors for catering and cleaning, including ordering food and consumables.
• Monitor lounge presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of all amenities.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to drive efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize guest disruption.
• Handle cash register operations and financial transactions at the station.
• Deliver personalized guest service, respond to inquiries and complaints, and act on feedback.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the lounge and fast‑track team through coaching and training.
• Schedule staff, manage attendance and overtime, and ensure grooming standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, food safety, and industry regulations and produce monthly reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or airport lounge management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to manage vendors and oversee operational logistics.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
