About the role
The 5‑star hotel in Agadir is seeking a Pool Butler to deliver personalized, high‑end service to its guests. The role is the face of the pool experience, ensuring every detail meets the expectations of discerning travelers and upholding the hotel’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests using the pool facilities.
- Maintain an immaculate presentation of the pool area, including towels and amenities.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with discretion and professionalism.
- Be available and reactive throughout service hours, ensuring a seamless experience.
Required profile
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Diploma in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of service and hospitality.
- Discretion, reactivity, and availability.
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
