Luxury Travel Designer

About the role

TempoVIP DMC is seeking a Luxury Travel Designer to craft unforgettable, tailor‑made journeys across Morocco and beyond. You will blend storytelling with operational precision to turn clients' dreams into day‑by‑day itineraries that stand out in the luxury market.

Key responsibilities

• Design bespoke, day‑by‑day itineraries for discerning FIT and luxury travellers.
• Curate unique experiences such as rooftop sunset dinners, private access to sites, artisan workshops, and exclusive desert nights.
• Build emotionally compelling proposals that showcase impeccable taste.
• Handpick and partner with top‑tier riads, guides, drivers, and local experience providers.
• Own the full client journey from concept through post‑trip follow‑up, ensuring delivery exceeds expectations.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience designing luxury, tailor‑made itineraries (not just quoting).
• Deep, lived knowledge of Morocco’s regions, culture and hidden gems.
• Creative vision paired with strong operational discipline to deliver on time and on budget.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Commercial awareness of profitability in luxury travel design.

Required skills

What we offer

• Creative freedom and ownership of high‑impact journeys.
• Opportunity to work with a multi‑country DMC network (Portugal, Spain, Morocco).
• A collaborative team that treats travel design as a craft, not a call centre.
