Maintenance Mechanic IV

About the role

TE is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic IV to join its industrial maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through both corrective and preventive actions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and prepare detailed reports.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, document activities and generate preventive maintenance reports.
• Define and manage spare parts inventories, ensuring proper declaration and usage.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel and other stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, updating documentation and maintenance procedures.
• Execute action plans aimed at increasing equipment availability and tool reliability.
• Maintain 5S+1 standards in workshops and production fleets, preserving tools and work equipment.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001) and safety (OHSAS 18001) standards.
• Follow EHS policies, wear required PPE and manage hazardous substances according to MSDS guidelines.

Required profile

• Bac+2 specialized technician degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Understanding of H&S risks and environmental aspects related to maintenance activities.
