Maintenance Planner – Equipment Reliability Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance team, focusing on equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and technical capability development.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of complex planned maintenance activities, defining scope, methods, risks, required skills, spare parts, tools, documentation and access requirements.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using equipment history, condition‑monitoring results, breakdown analysis and maintenance feedback.
• Create and maintain technical and maintenance standards for inspection, lubrication, adjustment, troubleshooting, repair and component replacement.
• Provide technical support for complex or recurring equipment failures, applying structured troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Coach Equipment Owners in autonomous maintenance, inspections, defect identification and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, bills of materials, task lists and technical documentation in the maintenance‑management system.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, higher technical qualification or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or related discipline.
• Relevant experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Proven ability to analyse recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable countermeasures.
• Experience developing technical standards, procedures or maintenance instructions and coaching equipment owners or technicians.
