Maintenance Supervisor – Rabat/North Region

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Maintenance Supervisor to lead our service delivery team in the Rabat/North Region office of KONE. Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager Service, you will ensure safe, high‑quality maintenance solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to achieve safe, on‑time delivery of elevator and escalator services.
• Act as the primary interface between KONE, customers and stakeholders.
• Support the sales team by following up on leads and providing technical expertise.
• Oversee resolution of open call‑outs, equipment stoppages and safety issues.
• Plan and execute maintenance programmes, resource allocation and compliance with local regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks including attendance, timesheets, progress reporting and risk analysis.
• Maintain project documentation using KONE tools.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Highly motivated, organized self‑starter with strong customer focus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
