Maintenance Technician – Hotel & Facility Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our hotel facilities team in Fnideq. You will be the first point of contact for guest repair requests and will ensure that all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen, mechanical room, and HVAC equipment.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and troubleshoot tools, machines, and building systems.
• Identify and operate shut‑off valves for utilities and equipment.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and document daily activities for shift hand‑over.
• Carry out minor painting, drywall, wood‑trim repairs, and replace bulbs and A/C filters.
• Repair plumbing issues, electrical components, TV programming, and general guestroom items.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Perform interior and exterior landscaping and sprinkler maintenance.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems, and carpentry.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety policies, and maintain professional appearance.
• Good communication skills and willingness to assist guests and colleagues.
