Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the reliable operation of production equipment through adjustment, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to any anomalies. You will support the start‑up of new machinery, implement engineering‑driven improvements, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform adjustment and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and correct equipment anomalies.
• Commission newly acquired production assets and apply required modifications.
• Implement scheduled improvements as defined by Engineering.
• Complete and file all required maintenance documentation.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory efficiently.
• Monitor first‑level maintenance activities and report material movements to the supervisor.
• Execute the preventive maintenance plan and adhere to existing procedures.
• Update maintenance intervention reports.
• Ensure installation of new equipment and compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bac +2/3 (BTS/DUT) in Electronics, Electro‑mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in the automotive or similar industry.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving abilities.
