Maintenance Technician

About the role

MAZAFIL is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Maintenance Technician in El Jadida to ensure the safe and efficient operation of its industrial equipment and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to identify issues.
• Perform corrective repairs and routine maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled plans.
• Document all maintenance activities and report findings to production and safety teams.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures and protective equipment requirements.

Required profile

• Technical training or diploma in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and safety documentation.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems used in industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability under time constraints.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in El Jadida, including occasional shifts, weekends, or overtime.
