About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of all factory equipment. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation domains.
Key responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment such as PLCs, robots, and manipulators according to standard procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns, implementing modifications to improve reliability and maintainability.
- Participate in 5S, QRQC, and daily/monthly improvement meetings to promote operational excellence.
- Lead or support improvement projects, draft technical procedures, and provide training to colleagues.
