About the role

As a Manager in Management Control at PwC Casablanca, you will lead a team that ensures high‑quality delivery of financial and performance analysis for our clients. You will coach, develop and inspire team members while driving the execution of projects that align with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex systems to identify inter‑dependencies and improve overall performance.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
• Partner with senior leadership to guarantee quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Address conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
