Manager de Rayon APLS (Autres Produits Libre Service)

About the role

The company seeks a proactive manager to lead the APLS (Other Self‑Service Products) department. You will be responsible for shaping product assortments, driving category growth, and supporting store teams across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously revise the assortment structure for the assigned product category.
• Develop new product categories and expand existing ones.
• Train, coach, and accompany store teams to ensure proper implementation of category strategies.
• Design and roll out action plans tailored to each product category.
• Manage projects in line with the commercial strategy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Commerce, Distribution, or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail product assortment or category management.
• Proven ability to create commercial development plans and product offers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and product potential.
• Capability to evaluate product positioning and propose improvements for profitability.
• Experience in reporting and performance monitoring within a retail environment.
