About the role

The Deli Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the Traiteur (deli) section of a Carrefour store in Tétouan. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining margins, and ensuring high standards of product availability and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the deli aisle, controlling margins, stock levels, productivity, shrinkage, and out‑of‑stock rates.
• Develop and implement weekly work schedules and supervise the team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce the group’s commercial policy, build customer loyalty, and guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Place orders, receive deliveries, and manage inventory accurately.
• Monitor performance dashboards and key indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) minimum in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably as a Deli Department Manager.
• Proven abilities in merchandising, negotiation, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, reactivity, and a service‑oriented mindset.
