Manager Marketing Direct (CRM & Automation)

About the role

The Direct Marketing Manager will join the E‑commerce Department of Royal Air Maroc in Casablanca, playing a key part in the airline’s digital strategy. The role focuses on defining and executing CRM and relationship‑marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through personalized promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy the overall CRM and direct‑marketing strategy to increase client engagement and portfolio value.
• Lead multichannel campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications and marketing‑automation tools.
• Design relevant customer segmentations and personalize journeys to improve user experience and commercial performance.
• Analyze and optimise key performance indicators such as open rates, click‑through rates, conversion rates and revenue generated.
• Implement and refine automated scenarios for acquisition, engagement and customer‑value growth.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations, consent management and customer‑preference handling.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, CRM, Digital or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct marketing, CRM, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Track record of designing and managing performance‑driven marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid data culture.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and marketing‑automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Ability to analyse campaign metrics and drive continuous improvement.
