Manager Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

The Manager Procurement & Supply Chain, based in Rabat, leads the procurement lifecycle and supply chain operations for AL DAHRA’s operations department. The role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, efficient inventory management and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct market analysis and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory and streamline logistics.
• Lead procurement activities ensuring compliance with policies, ethics and regulations.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with finance to align budgets and payment schedules.
• Provide timely and accurate performance reporting to senior management.
• Stay informed of industry trends, technological advances and regulatory changes.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement and supply chain practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in farming or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities for data‑driven decisions.
• Leadership experience leading cross‑functional projects.
• Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent; advanced certifications are a plus.
