Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly & Process Optimization

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will support senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery to improve product quality and output levels. You will work in a diverse, collaborative environment focused on safety, sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and balance assembly processes and production lines.
• Perform basic electrical testing (high‑voltage, continuity, functional).
• Conduct root‑cause analysis using 5 Why, 8D and PFMEA methods.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools such as 5S and Kaizen.
• Maintain SAP and traceability systems.
• Troubleshoot basic automation and machine issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with electromechanical assembly (rotor/stator, coils, sensors).
• Familiarity with winding, gluing, tinning/soldering processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical testing and IATF/ISO standards.
• Demonstrated values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
